Return and refund policy

We have a 14 calendar days return policy for our eyewear from the day your package is delivered (except contact lenses) for all E.U countries. In case you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please contact us via email in order to arrange it. The return shipment must be completed within 30 calendar days from the date the original order was received.

Please note :

- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

- Our shop does not accept returns for orders shipped outside the European Union.

Contact lenses can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

The customer is solely responsible for tracking the return shipment.
The return will be considered complete
 only once the product has been officially received by our store.

Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Upon receipt we will confirm the condition of the item and get you set up with a full refund within 7-10 days. 

Important note: Please do not remove the sticker attached to the frame, unless you are sure you are happy with your purchase. The item cannot be accepted for return once this sticker has been removed. Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging (where applicable).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused and no refund will be issued.
