SHIPPING & PAYMENTS

How do I pay for my purchases at Beseen Optics?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), payments via Paypal and direct deposit. When payment is selected via bank transfer, it must be completed on the same day as the order. Otherwise, the order is considered invalid. In case you need more help, don't hesitate to contact us. Credit card payments are processed securely with Stripe.

How much is shipping?
We are pleased to offer complimentary free shipping for all orders in Greece and for orders above 100€ within the European Union. For those residing outside the EU, we extend our shipping services through Hellenic Post at a fixed cost of 20 euros.

Does Beseen Optics sell or ship worldwide?
Yes, we do offer worldwide shipping via Hellenic Post.

When will my order ship?
We endeavor to ship all orders within 3 working days of receipt. After we invoice your order and pack your item(s) for shipping, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Please allow 3 to 7 working days for delivery for countries within the European Union. For countries outside the E.U, you will be informed about the delivery with the tracking number of your order. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your destination.

What is your return policy?
We have a 5-day return policy for our eyewear from the day your package is delivered (except contact lenses). In case you aren’t totally satisfied with your purchase and 
wish to return it, please contact us via email in order to arrange it. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Upon receipt we will confirm the condition of the item and get you set up with a full refund within 7-10 days. Contact lenses can not be returned for hygiene reasons.

Important note: Please do not remove the sticker attached to the frame, unless you are sure you are happy with your purchase. The item cannot be accepted for return once this sticker has been removed. All orders that contain contact lenses can not be returned.

Can I change or cancel part/all of my order?
If you would like to change or cancel your order after submission, then please contact us at +30 210 3620748. Please Note: we process your orders as quickly as possible and cannot modify/cancel orders after they’ve been packed for shipment.

What should I do if my order doesn't arrive?

How long after Beseen Optics accepts my product return will I receive a credit to my credit card account?
Time periods can vary, but credits typically appear within approximately 7-10 business days from the day we accept your product for return. If you confirm that your item(s)' return was accepted for refund and you have specific questions about when the refund will be reflected on your credit card statement, then please contact your credit card company for more information.

What do I need to order frames with prescription lenses?
While it may seem more complex on the surface, buying your eyeglasses online is as easy as buying anything else over the Internet. Before you order, you’ll need an eyeglasses prescription (make sure it’s not for contacts!) and your pupillary distance (PD). Your PD is the distance in millimeters between your pupils, and helps us center your prescription correctly in your frames. If your doctor did not include your PD on your prescription, you can stop by any of our retail stores where our trained associates can measure your pupillary distance (PD). Once you have your PD, you can add it to the notes area in the cart or submit it along with your prescription to info@beseen.store

Is my item in stock?
We work hard to keep our online product inventory current. If the item that you’re interested in purchasing is not currently in stock, then please contact us via email at info@beseen.store or call us at +30 210 3620748 weekdays between the hours of 10:00 – 17:00 for further assistance.

What are cookies?

Do I have control over my personal data stored at beseen.store?
Yes you have! If you created an account at beseen.store you can edit, download or delete your personal information.
To do this just go to your Account page and click the "Access my Personal Data" button at the lower left side of the page. There you'll find your order history, addresses and other info you may have provided. You can edit, download or delete them. We will send you a confirmation email.
